In addition to its fresh new wrap, The Lettuce Shack is stepping into the next chapter of its legacy with an updated look. We’ve added a welcoming deck for easier access and installed a protective cover to shield the farm from Texas heat and unpredictable weather—helping us care for both the produce and the people who visit.

With the outside of The Shack refreshed, it was time to turn our attention inward. After a few setbacks and some troubleshooting, we finally got everything up and running—and planting could begin! It was a milestone moment for both us and The Lettuce Shack, a sign that exciting things are truly taking root.
The above sprouts are in the Nursery phase to grow for 2-3 weeks. Once they are ready, we will transplant them onto the panels allowing them to grow big and full!
