Now that we have decided a freight farm would be beneficial to our community, we needed to find a permanent spot for the freight. We landed on Azle, right by our farmers market.

We were fortunate enough to establish a relationship and start working with the City of Azle in 2024 when we started our Azle Farmers Market. It felt like perfect timing when the small house next to the grounds was set to be demolished. This gave us the opportunity to have the freight on market grounds since the land is spacious enough to house the container. This also means we could quite literally take produce freshly picked with the root still attached, and within minutes have it available for the community.
We understand that there is a signifigant demand for locally grown produce at our farmers markets and we are continously trying to support our farmers so that they are able to be there, but many different factors can make that a difficult task. We hope that this initiative will help bridge the gap and better meet that demand.
After the house was demolished. We worked with the city and contractors to prepare the site for the delivery of our hydroponic farm.
