About me

I am licensed in Texas with 9 years of experience in the education field and 4 years of counseling experience. I am a Certified School Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I see clients from the ages of 5 to teenage years. I have experience in the areas of grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, family conflicts and stress management. I believe that every individual is unique and has the potential to grow within themselves. I am here to meet you where you are at and help you along your journey of self-fulfillment and happiness. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques with children and adolescents and strive to adhere to my client’s needs, as they are ever changing. I also find that incorporating a variety of strategies and modalities when necessary is beneficial in my therapeutic process to fit each client.
