A Stronger Community Starts with a Full Plate
This North Texas Giving Day, your gift will be doubled to fight hunger right here in Northwest Tarrant County.
The match has now increased to $10,000!
Thanks to founding partner Eagles View Church, along with Jennifer and Todd Flippo, your gift will have 2X the impact. Your $50 gift will become $100 — enough to provide two families with groceries for a week.
Together, we can bridge the gap between hunger and hope. A stronger community starts with a full plate, and your generosity will put food on the table for twice as many families.
The Need in Northwest Tarrant County
Your early North Texas Giving day gift can make an immediate difference in the lives of Hunger is closer than many realize.
- 1 in 6 people in our community face food insecurity.
- 1 in 5 children don’t know where their next meal will come from.
- Tarrant County has the 12th highest food insecurity rate in the nation.
At Community Link, we see this need every day. In 2024, we served 25,000 families and 86,586 individuals. Meet three neighbors you have helped.
But our resources are stretched too thin. Right now, we can only support 160 families each day, even though the demand is for more than 300 families daily.
That means too many of our neighbors are left without the food they need.
Be Part of the Fight Against Hunger
No one should go hungry while waiting for the next paycheck. Together, we can ensure every family who comes to Community Link finds food, dignity, and hope.
